Mike Fowler

Michael A Fowler, originally from Atlanta, Georgia, attended Wake Forest University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1973. In 1976, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. After being the Area Director for Greensboro Young Life for six years, Mike entered the real estate business with Brown Investment Properties in 1982. He became the Vice President of Development and obtained his CCIM designation. Experience with Brown included residential and commercial projects in the Triad area with a full range of responsibilities from site acquisition through design and construction to marketing the development. In 1990, Mike left Brown Investment Properties and founded RE/MAX Landmark Realty. The RE/MAX company was sold after seven years of operation and Mike returned to Brown Investment Properties as Vice President of the Brokerage Department. In 1996, he received the CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist) and in 2001 received the prestigious SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and office Realtors). In 2019, he started Greensboro Commercial Properties, focusing on brokerage activities in the Greensboro area. Fowler focuses on Investment properties, office and industrial leasing. I enjoy working with clients and their real estate needs-whether it means finding the right location for development, or analyzing the characteristics of an investment property. The client needs to have absolute confidence in a Realtor ® to minimize stress and have the assurance that a “win/win” financial settlement is negotiated and the details and logistics are handled thoroughly.
