Mike Fortunato

Mike Fortunato, CPM, RPA, President and Managing Broker, began his association with CityCom in 1992, and was elected President in 2005. He is responsible for overall operational supervision of the Company as well as many of our clients' office, medical, retail, and industrial projects. Mr. Fortunato attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, in the aerospace engineering program, but ultimately chose a career in real estate management. He is a licensed California real estate broker, and has earned the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) professional designations through the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Building Owners & Managers Institute. A private pilot who is constructing his own aircraft, Mr. Fortunato is a former member of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department West Valley Search and Rescue Team, and is an avid participant in adult league baseball and tennis. Mr. Fortunato resides with his wife and daughter in Alta Loma.
