Mike Fetherston

Mike is originally from Westchester County New York, but moved to and has resided in South Florida since 1982. He got started in Commercial Real Estate in 2005, working alongside industry icon Beth Azor in leasing and property management. Mike was then hired by Konover South Development Corporation to lease projects throughout all sectors of the industry including unanchored, grocery anchored and community oriented centers in cities throughout the State of Florida. Combining the benefits of extensive multi-market expertise, a breadth and depth of leasing experience and his numerous valuable relationships with national, regional and local end users allows Mike to create enormous value for his clients from vision through execution. Mike was raised in a family who has been actively involved in retail real estate in south Florida for the last 30 plus years. He currently resides in Pompano Beach.
