Mike DeHart

Mike DeHart brings over 20 years of experience in sales, leasing, and property management functions to his duties at Horizon. In addition to previous experience in the industry with a well-respected local brokerage firm, Mike gained experience as a National Accounts Representative with a national automotive company and later served as Sales Manager for a national consumer products company. Mike served 11 years in the United States Military and is a certified Russian Linguist. Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky in Foreign Language and International Economics. He is an Associate Member of CCIM and KCREA (Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance), a past member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and the Louisville Chapter of Rotary International, as well as the Chair for the Spalding Athletic Committee. He holds a Real Estate license in both Kentucky and Indiana, along with a Kentucky Real Estate Broker’s license. Mike is a two-time recipient of the CoStar Top Power Broker award, named a Top Office Leasing Broker in 2017, and a Top Retail Leasing Broker in 2012.
