Mike Colombo

Mike got his first taste of New York when he moved to Manhattan in 2001, and immediately fell in love with the enormity of life in the city. “I was intrigued with the size-cost ratio of apartments in the city and how the market is unlike any other in the country. I wanted to be a part of it.” When he moved to Brooklyn a few years back, Mike found his niche specializing in the neighborhoods around downtown Brooklyn. He is very knowledgeable in all types of real estate property in Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Prospect Heights. Having had his own share of travails while apartment hunting, Mike takes great pleasure in helping clients through the process of looking for a new home. His ability to listen to the client’s needs and wants is keen, which goes a long way toward getting a satisfied customer. Mike is a dedicated agent who always strives to make the house-hunting experience a pleasant one for all of those involved. Mike grew up in downtown Detroit and the surrounding neighborhoods. He attended the University of Michigan, which makes him a lifelong Wolverine fan, just as his Detroit roots make him root for all the home teams.
