Responsibilities Michael Ciummei joined Jones Lang LaSalle’s Suburban Boston leasing team with two years of commercial real estate experience. Working exclusively in the North markets, Mike focuses on tenant representation in Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts along Routes 93, 3, 128, and 495. Experience Mike's recent experience includes: Advising JABRA on their 32,000 square foot relocation. Traveler’s Insurance 5,000 square foot relocation in Bedford, NH. Renewing Coca-Cola for 20,000 square feet. Mike also advised one of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies, GreenerU, to relocate to approximately 7,000 s.f. and provided them with options to grow. He has also represented the following sample of clients in tenant advisory: Xpress Natural Gas, Hansen Aerospace, Novopyxis, FedEx, Northeastern Container, Boston Business Systems and Wind River Systems.
