Mike Chenault

For over 30 years, Michael has focused on residential, commercial real estate and land development. He is a native of Mechanicsville, Virginia and a Hampden-Sydney College Alum who specializes in Real Estate Development, New Homes, and Resale Properties. Since 1988, Michael has helped build Hometown Realty from a small office with a few agents to the largest, locally owned real estate firm in Central Virginia, comprised of eleven offices and over 330 agents. As Principal Broker at Hometown and the head of the New Construction Division of the company, Michael is constantly working hard to provide superior customer service for his clients and to recruit new, powerful agents to Hometown Realty to continue our growth.
