Mike is a broker with David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage for the past five years and has been in the retail real estate industry for over 38 years. Mike spent a large part of his career at the helm of business development, which included real estate, strategic planning, market analytics and the overall franchise process for several national brands such as Taco John's, Motto Photo, Medicine Shoppe and Grease Monkey. Mike also was a franchise owner, of multiple locations, in the Grease Monkey system. At David, Hicks & Lampert, Mike primarily focuses on Tenant representation. His experience as both a franchisor and franchisee/business owner is a dynamic asset to his clients in navigating the real estate, relationship and business ownership aspects of the franchise model. Additionally, Mike represents several brands in their Colorado and Mountain West expansion including MOD Pizza, Jersey Mike's, Grease Monkey International, Bawarchi Indian Grill, April's Unique Boutique, Outdoor Research, Taco John's and Burgerim to name a few.
