Before forming Titus in 2019, Mike served as Vice President at Colliers International, where he began his career in 1990. He is an active member of the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, Vadnais Heights Economic Development Corporation, and a board member of Twin City Metro, White Bear Lake Economic Development Corporation and Parenting with Purpose.
