Mike Abrams CPM

While in college at Northern Arizona University, Mike Abrams, CPM® took a summer job working at Cornwell, a Scottsdale-based real estate firm, where he learned the development side of the business. Upon graduation, Mike continued his real estate career by learning property management and real estate development through management of the Cornwell portfolio for over 15 years. This gave him a unique inside into real estate management through the lens of an owner. He managed development projects throughout the Valley and obtained his CPM® designation. Mike later joined Case, Huff & Associates Inc., a property management company, where he spent seven years as a senior property manager fine tuning his third-party property management skills. He joined Schaefer + Associates, LLC in 2019, where he is the Director of Property Management. Mike is an integral part of the management team and has helped to enable Schaefer + Associates, LLC to grow over the past four years.
