Miguel has called the Miami area home for nearly 25 years, with over 12 years of expertise in South Florida real estate. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, his career spans sales and marketing in the consumer products industry, where he worked with manufacturers, distributors, and brokers. As a seasoned broker associate, Miguel has witnessed firsthand the dynamic growth of local real estate. He has developed a keen expertise in investment properties for both domestic and international investors, as well as opportunities in the rental property market. His in-depth knowledge of South Florida’s diverse neighborhoods allows him to understand the unique impact each has on its community.
