ABOUT

Michelle is the founder of SearchLight Properties and its principal broker. She started investing in real estate while working in the corporate world, and eventually converted her passion into a profession. “I get excited about real estate and investing. I love what I do,” she says. “I enjoy the thrill of working a deal and investing in the future. I’m a total people person and I care deeply. My definition of success is making my clients as excited about real estate as I am. Recently, Michelle earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and completed Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses program at Babson College. Although work keeps her busy, Michelle is active in many community organizations, and currently serves as a board member for the Santa Maria Valley Chamber of Commerce. Her past roles include past president of Santa Maria Noontime Rotary, past president of the Santa Maria Women’s Network, past president of the Deerfield Homeowner’s Association, and vice president of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
