Michelle Myers is the Senior Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company and oversees the commercial Property Management division in Nashville consisting of over 3 million sq. ft. She offers 28 years of hands-on experience in office tenant relations, property enhancement, leasing, project management and tenant relations. Michelle has been responsible for numerous high-profile office and retail properties for both private and public owners including MassMutual, AAL, Cornerstone, Archon, Arkansas Teachers Retirement Fund, Illinois Teachers Retirement Fund, Goldman Sachs, Innovatus Capital Partners, Bentall Green Oak, Angelo Gordon and Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust. Michelle has managed over $110 Million in TI and Capital Projects.
