Based in JLL's Cincinnati office, Michelle has 14 years of experience in the Greater Cincinnati real estate market. A native of Northern Kentucky, Michelle began her Commercial Real Estate career with JLL in 2010, working both individually and with a team to serve local and national Office clients. In 2017, Michelle began working with Cushman & Wakefield and furthered her experience in the Greater Cincinnati Office market. With more knowledge and client relationships under her belt, Michelle rejoined JLL in December 2020 where she continues to make her mark with the Office team and work with new and established clients to pursue lease transactions for both Landlords and Tenants. Michelle brings a valuable understanding of Marketing to her transactions that helps her to leverage interest for her clients. In 2024, Michelle was named Managing Director of the JLL Cincinnati Office. A sample of Michelle’s clients include: Apollo Global Management, CW Capital, Duke Realty, Elsinore Properties, Grandin Properties, Neyer Properties, Rubenstein Partners, Smith/Hallemann Partners, Strategic Capital Partners, Towne Properties, VanTrust, and Viking Partners. Ms. Klingenberg attended the Northern Kentucky University. She is a licensed real estate sales person in both Ohio and Kentucky. Michelle’s professional affiliations include CREW Greater Cincinnati, NKY Chamber of Commerce, OKI Women’s Network Board, and the Roebling Society Class of 2018. She is also an active member of the community, serving as City of Fort Thomas Ambassador for Art Around Town Events, Business Impact Awards Committee member of the NKY Chamber of Commerce, Ambassadors Committee member of the NKY Chamber of Commerce, and member of the Northern Kentucky Charities Guild.
