Ms. Jefcoat is a trusted advisor to her clients and an integral member of her team. She takes a hands-on approach to all of her listings and oversees all aspects of the transaction from start to finish, including all marketing activities, market research, financial underwriting and oversight of the due diligence and escrow process.
