Micheal Palmer has over 30 years of real estate experience in assisting clients with a broad range of requirements, including strategic planning, build to suits, portfolio sales, sale-leasebacks, complex lease negotiations, construction, site acquisition and disposition, investment sales, and as account director for several national companies and their property portfolios. He has built strong capabilities and relationships throughout the United States and internationally. Over his career Micheal has represented companies such as Dow Chemical, Siemens, BBVA Compass, RR Donnelley, Nestle Foods, Oxy, AT&T, the City of Houston, the State of Texas, Aker Solutions, Statoil, Dawn Food Products, Weatherford, Port Logistics Group, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston while closing over 1,100 transactions totaling in excess of $1.4 billion. These transactions have been completed across the United States, in Mexico, South America, and Europe.
