Michael Zarpas

Mike has an extensive background in commercial real estate. His past experience includes serving as top retail producer with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., GVA Advantis, and Robinson Sigma Commercial Real Estate (now Colliers). In 1999, he formed Global Real Estate Investment, Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm specializing in the leasing, sales, acquisition, management, and development of commercial properties in the mid Atlantic region. Mike handled the daily operation and management of the business including business development, investor relations, investment strategies, development projects, tenant representation, leasing and investment sales. After almost a decade with S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Mike recently re-opened Global Real Estate Investment, Inc. focusing on development, redevelopment and investment sales.
