Michael is a Vice Chairman of Investment Sales for Cushman & Wakefield and a managing partner of The Yuras | Aicale | Forsyth | Crowle Leased Investment Team. Michael specializes in advising developers, private equity firms and REITs in the disposition of single and multi-tenant leased properties nationwide, with a focus on retail investments. Annually recognized as a top producer within Cushman & Wakefield, Michael is dedicated to achieving market-setting pricing in a timely manner on behalf of his clients. Prior to being a broker, Michael was a project engineer on several high-profile construction projects in Los Angeles including the UCLA Replacement Hospital and the Toyota Western Headquarters. In addition to disposition services, Michael utilizes his background in engineering & construction along with his 18 years of commercial real estate experience to advise clients on underwriting development projects. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Michael is married, with two daughters, and spends his free time fly fishing, hunting, cooking, skiing and spending time with his family.
