Michael Walsh

Michael has been in the Commercial Real Estate industry for over 42 years, including 33 years with DAUM Commercial Real Estate. He has consistently been the one of the top producing agents in the DAUM Ventura County office for the past eighteen years, as well as qualifying for the elite DAUM “Presidents Club”. He has also ranked in the company-wide “Top Ten” nineteen times. Michael Walsh has been an extremely influential presence in the Cities of Ventura, Oxnard and Camarillo in Ventura County for future development. He has represented various developers in the area to strategically develop industrial and office product for this expanding market in the County. He has been responsible for working on the development of over 3 million square feet of industrial product in the Oxnard area alone. Over the past few years, Mike has completed 302 transactions totaling over 3,902,607 square feet of commercial property valued at $189,000,000. Michael is one of DAUM’s shareholders and has served on the Board of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Los Angeles County Chapter.
