Michael Vulpis

Michael joined Avison Young after relocating with his family to Cary, North Carolina in 2003. Since joining the company, he has focused on providing landlord and tenant representation services to office clients, consistently ranking as one of the firm’s top producers. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Michael managed a full-service graphic arts/printing firm in New York City. He also spent seven years as a financial consultant with Shearson Lehman Hutton in New York. Michael brokered client investments, including but not limited to securities, mutual funds, bonds and real estate investment trusts. Michael’s strong financial background and professional customer service skills enable him to provide unique value to his clients when it comes to finding the best possible real estate solutions. Michael is actively involved in the local community through sports programs such as, USA Baseball, West Raleigh baseball and St. Mary Magdalen basketball. He also served two years as the chief of the YMCA Indian Guides tribe.
