Michael Ventre

Mr. Ventre is a licensed New York broker who founded Windsor Commercial Real Estate Inc. in 2006. Mr. Ventre's career began in the 1990's with Newmark of Long Island, LLC., a nationally recognized commercial real estate company, where he successfully represented major corporations and private companies in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and retail property. He specializes in many aspects of commercial real estate including investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, strategic planning, and asset management. Mr. Ventre has amassed a lengthy list of noteworthy client representations including Washington Mutual, Aflac Insurance, United Healthcare, CORE BTS and Fleet Bank. His responsive and comprehensive approach towards servicing the clients' needs and demands has been rewarded with multiple assignments from his clients on a local and regional level. Mr. Ventre lives in Garden City, New York with his wife, Laura, Sons Matthew and Marc and his daughter, Danielle. Michael is a member of the Garden City Chamber if Commerce and the Long Island Commercial, Industrial Brokers Society, Garden City Kiwanis Club, and spends every third Sunday in the month of September volunteering to find a cure for Prostate Cancer at the annual 'Cruzin 4 a Cure' Car Show - a 100% not for profit organization.
