I have been in the business for over 20 years Most of my work was with residential clients--many have businesses and commercial properties--that has lead to the need to expand into the commercial business. I incorporate the same level of marketing for a home as for a commercial space. I am licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire. I also am a business owner of a Thai restaurant called My Thai Bistros in Rochester NH This has given me much relevant experience for the commercial world. Prior to real estate, Michael was an Art Director/Creative Director in advertising agencies in New York City and Boston for over 30 years, primarily with advertising legend Jerry Della Femina. He has worked on over 450 accounts, he also worked with many music, fashion and business moguls, one 4-star General and 3 US Presidents.
