Michael Tortorici

Michael A. Tortorici is one of the Founding Members of Ariel Property Advisors. Serving the company as a Vice President and investment sales professional, Mr. Tortorici is responsible for executing the sale of the company’s exclusive listings and participating in a variety of business development initiatives. Prior to his role at Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Tortorici spent 7 years at Massey Knakal Realty Services, where his last role was as the Sales Team Manager for the Northern Manhattan team. During that time, he was involved in the sale of over 275 investment properties totaling more than $800 million in gross consideration. While this track record gives him a wide range of experience in marketing and selling a variety of asset types and sizes throughout the New York area, he has been especially active in selling residential, mixed-use and affordable housing multifamily and development properties. In addition to serving private clients, Mr. Tortorici has represented many institutional and non-profit clients, including The Catholic Archdiocese of New York, The Watchtower, AREA Property Partners, and The East Harlem Tutorial Program. He has also been a source for various publications, including The New York Observer, The Real Deal, and Real Estate Weekly. Mr. Tortorici graduated with honors from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Economics and Management. Originally from Franklin Square, New York, he currently resides on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
