Michael Testa CCIM

Michael provides first-class brokerage services to our retail, industrial, office, and land porfolios, and participates actively in the new development process. Mike manages the leasing processes and works with our internal and external partners to maximize NOIs and create synergistic efficiencies at our properties, as well as partners with local organizations in order to stay on top of what’s happening within the communities he serves. He is a graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing and has been in the industry since 2014. He is affiliated with REALM (Real Estate Alumni of Marquette), REACH, CARW, IREM, NAIOP, CCIM, and many mentorship programs, and is an active participant and chair for many committees. He is the recipient of multiple awards, including BOMA Property Manager of the Year, IREM 30 under 30, NAIOP Principal of the Year, and NAIOP Developing Leader All Star, CARW Champion, NAIOP's corporate and state Developing Leader of the Year awards, and is a graduate of CARW's NextGen program.
