Michael Tammaro

Michael P. Tammaro is a real estate licensed broker, active in the Greater Boston area in the leasing of commercial and residentail space, representing both the firm's portfolio as well as third party clients. He has been part of lease transactions totaling over 1 million square feet of office, laboratory and retail space. Mr. Tammaro's residential brokerage activities have involved the closing of sale transactions of single-family homes, condominiums and multi-family homes in aggregate over $130 million. Mr. Tammaro is responsible for the management of over 300,000 square feet of office, retail and apartment properties, and he has been also active in real estate valuation and consulting activities for the firm. Mr. Tammaro is directly involved with independent fee appraisal assignments and property tax abatements, as well as consulting matters. Mr. Tammaro is a graduate summa cum laude from The School of Business at Salem State University.
