Michael Tambasco

Michael J. Tambasco began working in residential property management in 1989. In 1991 he joined the Heron Management team. By the mid-nineties, he was managing residential, retail and commercial properties and became involved in the leasing of retail, medical and office space throughout New York City and Westchester County. When Heron joined Halstead Management in 2005, Michael continued to be a key player in numerous commercial/retail leasing transactions with major national and regional chains, as well as local neighborhood establishments. Today, he continues to manage a portfolio consisting of residential, commercial and retail properties, in addition to his continued involvement with retail and commercial leasing at Halstead. Michael understands the unique issues and challenges that come along with NYC real estate. His expertise allows him to quickly and effectively resolve issues that arise to satisfy the diverse needs of clients and residents of Halstead managed properties
