Michael Taccetta

Michael Taccetta joined the Newmark Associates sales team in the fall of 2022 bringing with him a history of closing over 2000 real estate transactions in New Jersey and New York, where for over 7 years he has been owner/operator of Garden State Closings, LLC. More recently, he has been an Account Executive for Simplicity Title, LLC and previous to this was an Equity Sales Trader for the GFI Group. As an entrepreneur, Michael brings to his Newmark sales role experience, qualities, and skills that resonant with the Newmark culture – building strong relationships with buyers, real estate attorneys, realtors and brokers; excellent communication skills and alignment of strategic financial and operational objectives. A lifelong resident of Morris County, Michael graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. His sales market spans throughout New Jersey. He is married with two children. A fitness enthusiast, he enjoys running and working out and participates in community service activities with the East Hanover Italian-American Club.
