Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan has been with the Koniver Stern Group since 2016 where he specializes in restaurant and retail leasing. He represents both tenants and landlords, offering extensive market knowledge of Miami Beach, Wynwood, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach. Born and raised in Miami, Michael has a deep understanding of its neighborhoods as well as the dynamic market trends and evolving consumer demographics. Michael has developed a robust network of contacts which provides him with unique market insights and ease in deal execution. Michael works with national, regional, and local tenants including sweetgreen, Salt & Straw, The Salty, Planta, Tocaya, Maman, Boqueria, Krewe, Puttery, and Old Greg's Pizza. On the landlord side, he represents the Agave Group where he is responsible for leasing out The Plaza development. Additionally, he's leasing JRSE's buildings on Lincoln Road and Wynwood. Prior to joining the Koniver Stern Group, Michael Sullivan owned and operated OTC Restaurant and Golden Fig Restaurant in Brickell. He was awarded Zagat’s “30 Under 30” and The Miami Herald’s “Top 50 Most Influential People in The Food Industry.” In 2009, he graduated from Rhodes College, majoring in Business Administration while playing college football all four years. Michael attended Ransom Everglades School in Miami.
