Michael Styer

Since joining Savills in September 2018, Michael Styer has been a priceless asset to his team in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Primarily responsible for assisting in new business development, Michael works on the client relations side as he tries to build fresh relationships with innovative companies throughout many industries. Additionally, Michael is hands-on with existing clients by running financial analyses for lease transactions and researching current local and national market trends. He also helps organize everything from meetings to the database which helps manage a smooth commercial real estate transaction. Prior to joining Savills, Michael interned at JLL while working directly under the Chief Operating Officer in their Philadelphia office. He was responsible for monthly financial recaps and forecasts for brokerage, capital markets, property management, and construction department, as well as market research and transaction reporting. Before that, he interned at UGI Energy Services and PernaFrederick in consecutive years. Education Villanova University, Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics
