Michael Stevens joined Avison Young’s global headquarters in Downtown Toronto specializing in both leasing and investment transactions. Michael has worked with a variety of clients ranging from start-ups to international, multi-market organizations. Michael prides himself on understanding the needs of his client and uses his in-depth knowledge of the current trends in the market to drive successful transactions. Prior to joining Avison Young, Michael worked in Real Estate Development gaining industry experience across various asset classes. He is a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association, Toronto Real Estate Board, NAIOP and Avison Young’s Tenant Advisory Affinity Group.
