Michael Sojdie

Michael has over 20 years of industry experience in Information Technology. Having spent nine of those years advancing from entry-level programmer to lead architect for Fortune 1000 firms, Michael proceeded to open his own IT Consulting and Staffing firm in 1994. Merging his IT experience with his business acumen and Staffing/HR expertise, Michael launched StaffingSoft in the fall of 2000. StaffingSoft is an enterprise-wide Applicant Tracking System ("ATS") / Recruiting Software featuring a suite of tools that effectively integrate and manage talent recruiting, retention, and management from internal staff, to outside vendors, to candidates globally. Our unique ROI approach is focused on Three factors: cost, quality and time . We have facilitated our customers to achieve 30% to 40% reduction in their overall hiring cost while improving the quality of hire.
