Michael Sieger

As Vice President, Michael is responsible for leasing and marketing a portfolio of office buildings throughout the Houston metropolitan area, working with local and national investors. Michael brings over 20 years of experience representing owners and tenants in the Houston area. Prior to joining Transwestern, Michael worked at Partners Real Estate and PMRG/Madison Marquette. In addition, he spent more than eight years at CBRE and Newmark as a Tenant Representative, representing tenants on a local, national and international level. The insight and knowledge Michael gained as a Tenant Representative helps his clients better understand what tenants are looking for as they engage the marketplace.
