Michael Sherman

Michael Sherman is the founder and principal of Baseline Real Estate Advisors. Michael has completed in excess of $350 Million of transactions during his past decade of experience in the industry. His work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Real Deal, Commercial Observer and Crain's. Mr. Sherman prides himself on having completed complicated transactions for some of the city's largest landlords, foreign investors as well as local mom and pop owners retiring and selling their only asset. His down-to-earth personality combined with honesty and integrity allows him to connect easily with a vast range of clients. Mr. Sherman graduated with a BA in economics from Bates College where he served as captain on the men's tennis team. After graduation, he spent two years in Alicante coaching at one of Spain's premier tennis academies, working with professional ATP players and some of the world's top juniors. The competitiveness, dedication, adaptability and hard work learned from this experience set the foundation for his success in the real estate industry.
