After over 40 years as a Bank executive, I have made an exciting change and joined Halter Associates Realty as an Agent. I also provide FinaMike Shaughnessy has over 40 years of experience in management for many local banks, where he specialized in residential and commercial lending. He was most recently Executive VP and Chief Lending Officer at Rondout Savings, and before that he was also Executive VP and Chief Lending Officer with Hometown Bank of the Hudson Valley and Ulster Savings Bank. Mike also worked for 20 years in banking in NYC. He consults with private investors and groups planning to make real estate and business investments in the Hudson Valley. Mike specializes in both commercial and residential real estate, and he puts his many years of industry knowledge to good use, helping both buyers and sellers throughout the process.
