Michael Sedjo

Michael I. Sedjo is a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. who focuses his efforts on selling and leasing industrial properties in the O'Hare and Northern DuPage County real estate markets. Currently, over 60% of Mr. Sedjo's time is dedicated to assisting purchasers or tenants complete successful relocations. Mr. Sedjo is part of a six member team that sold or leased 3,720,000 SF of industrial space in 2001. Mr. Sedjo has developed and follows a "Critical Path To Success" process. The process has proven successful in assisting his clients meet their relocation objectives in a cost-effective and efficient manner. Even though Mr. Sedjo's primary focus is buyer/tenant representation, he has taken the lead role in the following owner representation assignments - Toyota (207,000 SF), JP Morgan (800,000 SF portfolio), Ohio Teachers (100,000 SF portfolio), CenterPoint Properties (40,000 SF), and The Prudential Co. (237,000 SF). Achievements Since 1987, Mr. Sedjo has completed over 510 transactions totaling 20.600,000 SF of industrial space. During 2000, he was involved in 96 transactions encompassing 3,720,000 SF worth $146,000,000 in consideration. In 2000, Mr. Sedjo and his partner, Patrick McCourt, won the Crain's Chicago Business " Top Industrial Broker of the Year" Award.
