Michael Schuh

Mike joined the Fresno office of Colliers International | Central California in 1995 as an agent specializing in office properties. He has been involved in the sale of numerous investment properties, including office, retail and industrial properties. In addition, Mike is a shareholder in the Fresno and Bakersfield offices of Colliers International and is a long-time member of the Board of Directors. He has also represented the Fresno and Bakersfield offices at national and regional Colliers events for many years, as both a Colliers Manager and as a Market Leader. Finally, Mike has also established great working relationships with several other real estate brokerage firms throughout the country including Cushman & Wakefield, CRESA Partners and Jones Lang LaSalle. Mike has been an annual Top Performer with the company since shortly after joining in 1995. In addition to his active involvement on the Board of Directors of the Central California offices, he has also been active in various community organizations as follows: Board Member of Fresno Area Crime Stoppers, Board Member/Chairman of San Joaquin Memorial High School and active member of the advisory committees for Community Medical Centers and St. Anthony’s School.
