Michael Samples

Michael Samples is the managing partner and qualifying broker of Samples Properties. Michael graduated from Auburn University in 1987 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Management). Michael joined Samples Properties in 1987. He was quickly involved in the development, placement and service of several high profile office buildings in Huntsville market, including McDonnell Douglas Corporation (1990), Rockwell Corporation (1988) and General Electric (1989). Michael has been involved in the development of over 1.5 million square feet of commercial office product in the Huntsville market. Michael’s project responsibilities includes negotiation of leases, budgeting, financing and ownership formation.
