Michael Rautbord

As Regional Leasing Director, Michael Rautbord leads the Crossman & Company leasing team in maximizing occupancy in a portfolio of over 340 retail properties throughout the southeast US totaling over 28 million SF. In addition to his leadership role, he is also responsible for the leasing of the Publix-owned shopping center portfolio and other retail properties in South Florida. Previously, Michael was a Senior Leasing Representative at Urban Retail Properties for 14 years, where he oversaw leasing responsibilities for over 25 community-anchored centers and regional malls, as well as existing and ground-up new development lifestyle center projects. Michael attended American University, and he has been an active member of ICSC since 2001.
