Michael R. Demyan is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company. Michael was raised in Amherst, NY and has been a part of the Western New York community for his entire life and has substantial knowledge of the Buffalo-Niagara Region. While attending the University at Buffalo, Michael volunteered as a Research Assistant for both the Department of Behavioral Neuroscience and the Center for Hearing and Deafness. He received awards for excellence in undergraduate research for his part in several drug addiction research projects for the Department of Behavioral Neuroscience. After graduating with a BA in Psychology with a focus in Neuroscience Research, Michael took a position as a general manager for a restaurant/catering company in the Amherst area. After three years with the company, Mike’s desire to become involved in commercial real estate in the Western New York area led him to join Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company. Michael’s extensive education, experience with running a small business, and knowledge of the local community gives him a well-rounded set of skills to successfully represent you in your commercial real estate decisions.
