Michael Pollack

Michael A. Pollack is the President and CEO of Pollack Investments, one of Arizona’s largest independently owned and operated commercial real estate investment companies. Based in Mesa, Arizona, Pollack Investments specializes in commercial retail, office, industrial, and single-family real estate asset management with duties including but not limited to property management and leasing, construction, acquisition, and disposition. His real estate entrepreneurial career began in San Jose, California over 48 years ago and has since involved over 11,000,000 square feet of real estate assets in Arizona, California, Louisiana, Texas, and Nevada. Michael is well known for his charitable efforts, including long-term advocacy for and financial contributions to multiple organizations in the East Valley. Some of the organizations Michael has proudly supported are Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, Chandler Education Foundation, East Valley Assistance League, City of Hope, Haitian Hope Center, Drums Across the Desert, Cardon’s Children’s Hospital, Pollack Chabad Center, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Hospice of the Valley, and the Arizona Asian American Association to name only a few. Lining the walls of Michael’s Arizona headquarters are numerous commendations and proclamations from senators, congressional representatives, governors, mayors, city council members and boards, county supervisors, and commercial real estate industry leaders for his achievements and ingenuity in renovation and dedication to community revitalization. Immense pride comes with the honor of being named “Best Owner/Operator for Commercial Properties in Arizona” since 2005 by Ranking Arizona Magazine. Michael has also personally received awards and commendation for his leadership and philanthropic efforts including but not limited to C-Level Magazine’s CEO of the Month, Stevie Finalist for Best Executive, the Man of Character Award, Spirit of Life Award by City of Hope, the Legacy Award by Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, and last but not least the Red Award for Community Impact. He has also been featured in hundreds of local, regional, and national newspapers, magazines, radio broadcasts, and television programs on networks such as ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, and A&E.
