Michael Oz

Founder and Principal of both Capital Equities Group and Capital Construction Management, Mike Oz began his career in the Real Estate and Construction Industry almost 25 years ago. His initial endeavors in real estate brokerage and asset management proved successful. During Mike’s tenure as an asset manager, he has successfully closed on and managed properties totaling over 500,000 square feet. It is there Mike oversaw the design and construction of these properties and in 2002 as he founded is first company, Capital Construction Management. Since the beginning, Capital has become known for its high quality construction that is executed in a timely manner, adhering to budgetary restraints and satisfying investors and property owners throughout the Tri-State area. Mike’s approach of remaining dedicated, honorable, and forward thinking in his business dealings has undoubtedly contributed to his great success. His focus of cultivating and maintaining relationships with brokers, tenants, investors, and clients forms the foundation of Capital Equities Group.
