Mike joined Schafer Richardson in 1997, and is primarily focused on leasing Schafer Richardson’s Minneapolis portfolio of over 500,000 square feet. Over the past 11 years Mike has completed numerous lease deals that exceed 1 million square feet. He believes in integrity and building personal relationships with prospective and current tenants to foster trust and familiarity with the leasing and renewal process from the beginning until the lease is signed. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Mike worked in residential management with Real Estate Equities for two years.
