Michael Nevis

Mike is an executive vice president and shareholder with Kidder Mathews specializing in agency leasing, development advisory and dispositions for the industrial product type. Since he began his career in 2004, Mike has specialized in working with various developers and institutional owners’ throughout the Reno/Sparks MSA. Mike entered the industry with Trammell Crow Company as an associate in brokerage services where he worked in project leasing for the development and investment sector, as well as other institutional clients. In 2007, Mike joined CB Richard Ellis where he continued his role representing landlords in the area. Mike joined the Industrial Properties Group of NAI Alliance in January of 2011 as a vice president and partner. During his tenure, his leasing assignments include over 22 million square feet of institutional bulk and flex industrial projects, over 2,00,000 square feet of build to suit projects and dispositions/acquisitions of 1,200 acres of land. Mike is a 5th generation California farmer and still maintains a business there with his family.
