Michael McGuire

Michael McGuire is a licensed California real estate broker at CCIG, where he has been providing commercial real estate brokerage services for clients for the past 15 years. During his time at CCIG, Michael has focused on the representation of buyer’s, seller’s, tenants and landlords of all commercial real estate property types. Michael has successfully completed over 200 lease/sale transactions. He was born and raised in Tracy, CA and attended college at St. Mary’s College of California, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration. Michael recently earned his California Real Estate Broker License in 2019. He has lived in Oakland for the past 12 years and enjoys spending free time with family and friends.
