As the Vice President of Prime Net Lease, Michael Matusik has played a crucial role in acquisitions, dispositions, client relationships, marketing, and office administration for over ten years. Michael sets the standard for going above and beyond with clients, focusing a hands-on approach to every detail of transactions, and is renowned for his honesty and integrity. He has an innovative approach to client goals and adds clarity to the most complex transactions. Michael’s professional resume began with a leading national brand bank, where he served as a senior personal banker. He quickly showed a unique grasp of financial operations and built a strong reputation for excellence. Later, he joined a large conglomerate real estate investment firm, where he learned all aspects of the business. Michael embraced the business and found his place building client relationships and negotiating favorable positions for clients. Subsequently, he joined his brother Paul at Prime Net Lease and began to adeptly apply his unique skill sets. With a focus on gas stations and convenience stores, he quickly expanded his clientele and grew the business. Michael has worked on transactions related to properties with Kum & Go, Wawa, QuikTrip, 7-Eleven, and Dairy Queen, among others, and is responsible for over $700M in transaction volume. He has set the standard for excellence, provides unmatched service and results, and is spearheading the firm's growth through the mentorship of new agents. Michael is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a degree in finance. Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Natasha and his two children, and volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association. He also enjoys cycling, and playing basketball, soccer, and golf.
