Michael Marchese

Michael Marchese joined Chilmark Commercial Real Estate's office in 2018 and is presently an Executive Managing Director with the firm. Throughout his 17 year career Mr. Marchese specializes in both Tenant and Landlord representation for global, regional and local clients. During his time as a commercial broker, Mr. Marchese has completed over 350 transactions and counting. As a Tenant representative, Mr. Marchese has advised and completed transactions for Ascend Performance Materials, Cooper Industries, Memorial Sloan Kettering, ASM Research, Panasonic, Northwest Instruments, Century Consultants LTD, Wurth Electronics, Midcom Inc., Histopathology LLC, Advanced Care Oncology, The American Liver Foundation, URA RX Group, Revolution Digital, Kiddie Academy and KinderCare, among others. Mr. Marchese also focuses on owner representation, having strategically developed and executed many successful marketing campaigns for several prominent owners, developers and landlords in New Jersey, such as Prologis, Onyx Equities, Piedmont Realty Trust, KBS Realty Advisors, CW Capital Group, Knightsbridge Properties. Awarded- (to name a few) - 2022 NJBIZ- Leader in Real Estate for Individual Broker - 2021 Costar- Deal of the 4th Quarter - "Rising Star/Broker of the Year for NGKF" for the country. In addition to real estate, he enjoys contributing to his local community as: Board Member- Park Ave Club Board Member- New Jersey Power Partners Board Member- Network of Opportunity United Way Committee Member Morris County Golf Club Member He is a speaker for Holt International Adoption Agency, chef, golfer and fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Marchese worked at Newmark Knight Frank in New Jersey, where he honed his real estate skills with much success. Mr. Marchese has also given his time as a lead mentor, coordinator, and lecturer of real estate.
