As a Senior Vice President located in the Philadelphia Suburban Market, Michael MacCrory specializes in brokerage and tenant representation for companies located throughout the region with a local, national and international presence. With expertise in tenant representation and agency leasing, Mike is able to deliver a diverse skillset to tenants and landlords with a focus on value savings, efficiency optimization and value creation. With more than 13 years of experience at Strategic Realty Investments & Advisors, LLC, and the Flynn Company, Mike has an extensive background in tenant representation, institutional investment, property sales, financing and brownfield redevelopment. Prior to joining JLL, MacCrory had completed more than 2 million square feet in leasing and sales transactions focused in the Class A office, technology space, medical office, multi-family, and hospitality. MacCrory has experience partnering with large institutions and private equity firms to orchestrate a variety of value-add lease acquisition and disposition transactions. Mike is currently a member of a variety of real estate affiliations and is a member of the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council. He is licensed real estate Salesperson in PA.
