Michael Lyford

Michael Lyford is a Director with the Seattle office of JLL Capital Markets. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience. He focuses primarily on middle market multi-housing investment advisory services in the Seattle market. Throughout his career Michael has facilitated over $7.5B in multifamily sales and CMBS debt placement in various support roles. Prior to starting at HFF in March 2018, Michael was an Analyst with the Real Estate Financing Group at Goldman Sachs in Dallas, TX where he facilitated CMBS/ conduit, SASB, and balance sheet mortgage originations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with Latin and departmental honors from the University of Oregon where he graduated in 2016.
