Michael guides his clients in framing unique strategies for mapping their real estate journeys, using proven and measurable systems. Involved in a myriad of different style projects, Michael is highly versed in serving Chicago’s greater metropolitan market, with an emphasis on the Central DuPage, O'Hare, and I-55 submarkets. His transaction experience includes both the tenant and landlord sides, offering a robust suite of services including leasing, dispositions, acquisitions, land identification, and tenant representation. Michael holds a high value on long-term client relationships. His approach is consultative and allows his clients to uncover their current reality and the path toward achieving their desired reality. His intention in all aspects of his consultative efforts is to be a true partner, an extension of the Clients’ operation, and to eliminate his client’s fears about traversing the real estate market. In a former role as an Asset Manager and client liaison with Waveland Property Group, Inc., Michael primarily served private, institutional and REIT investors. Michael’s knowledge of mechanical systems, construction management, and lease administration has immensely helped hone his skills in brokerage, while strengthening his ability to protect his clients’ commercial assets.
