Michael Levy

Michael Levy, as President and Chief Operating Officer at Mathias Partners, is focused on investment and development , asset management, capital markets, and brokerage services. He is responsible for sourcing and executing debt and equity investments across a variety of real estate product types. This includes entitlement work, investment and acquisition analysis, financial underwriting and deal structuring, debt and equity financing, asset management, and investor relations. As a broker, Michael has represented office, industrial and retail tenants in their search for lease space as well as buyers and sellers with the acquisition or disposition of assets including land, office, retail, multifamily and investment properties. He has represented local companies, private investors, institutional clients and Fortune 500 companies with their commercial real estate brokerage requirements.
